Terms & Conditions – 621jl Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 621jl website, mobile applications, and all associated services operated under the 621jl brand.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 621jl platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 621jl platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 621jl account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by 621jl.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the 621jl registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the 621jl Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the 621jl platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, Fortune Bingo, slot games, and any other products or services offered by 621jl now or in the future.

2.3 621jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 621jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To register and use the 621jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 621jl or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 621jl platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3.2 621jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 621jl may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 By registering on 621jl, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 621jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 621jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.4 Accounts registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

621jl is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR KYC requirements. As part of this compliance, 621jl may request the following documents from players:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name)

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 621jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

5.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 621jl will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

5.3 You must notify 621jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 621jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

5.4 621jl reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending investigation and verification by the Player.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 All transactions on the 621jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the 621jl account dashboard.

6.3 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 621jl reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

6.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 621jl account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.5 621jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

6.6 Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. 621jl does not charge deposit fees; withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be disclosed within the platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 621jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7.4 621jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, 621jl will provide reasonable notice before removing it.

7.5 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on 621jl are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the product being used (casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots). These rules are available within each game or product section of the platform.

8.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 621jl system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

8.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 621jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. 621jl's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 For sports betting, 621jl reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit maximum stake amounts on any event at its sole discretion.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 621jl platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 621jl platform
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations

9.2 Where prohibited conduct is detected, 621jl reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct, forfeit any balance held in the account, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 621jl platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 621jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 621jl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of 621jl intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 621jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11.2 621jl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

11.3 621jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 621jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 621jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

12.2 Players who wish to restrict their gambling activity may contact 621jl support to activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

12.3 621jl will not knowingly allow any self-excluded player to open a new account or continue using an existing account during the self-exclusion period.

13. Termination

13.1 You may close your 621jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

13.2 621jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, where required by PAGCOR or applicable law, or where 621jl reasonably suspects fraudulent or criminal activity.

13.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 621jl reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds where permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 621jl customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14.3 621jl operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by 621jl may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
